Incubated in March, planned in July and executed in September, Soul and Satori was a special three-day long spiritual retreat that was conducted to portray the power of adding a dash of spiritually aligned activities to our daily mundane life. Soul and Satori was a one-of-a-kind spiritual retreat in Tirthan Valley where the primary goal was to portray the importance of spirituality in daily life. It was a transformative journey wherein our participants experienced a variety of spirituality practices. This retreat was a perfect amalgamation of indoor and outdoor activities with the correct balance of meditation sessions and mindfulness activities. Some of these include theta meditation, naad bhrama meditation, sound healing session and outdoor activities like rock pillar building and silent forest walking meditation.
